With this aim the Hosanna Tours and travels started its own institution in the name of Hosanna Institute of tourism and Hotel management.

Basic Food Production Lab
Basics of practical cookery with an emphasis on continental cuisine are taught here to the first year students. They are required to do individual cooking to master the art.
Quantity Food production Lab
With an Emphasis on Indian cuisine, bulk cooking and catering is taught here. This practical training programme comes during the 2nd year of academics curriculum. Here the practical sessions are conducted in batches and its is different from the portion cooking. Bulk cooking aspects are taught to students and Indian cuisine plays a vital role. Food is made in large quantity and served in the training restaurants for 100 to 150 covers in all the practical sessions. Tanduri demonstrations are also conducted in this kitchen.
Advance Food Production Lab
International cooking is mastered at this lab. Modern techniques of cooking and presentation of food forms coupled with knowledge about hygiene, nutrition, cost control etc., are imparted here. Demonstration and practical are carried out with the help of advanced and sophisticated equipments.
Bakery & Confectionary Lab
Basics of Bakery & Confectionary making is taught along with blending methods of dough, pastries and custards. Students learn to make different types of bread, cakes pastries, puffs, biscuits ice cream, sorbet mousses, sugar and chocolate works.
Training Restaurant
The training Restaurant enables the students to learn various aspects of food and beverage service including table setting, order taking & serving. Hands on experience is gained in food and beverage service in a practical classes.
Front Office
Front offices management procedures such as reservations, registrations, check-in and check-out procedures, bell desk services, telephone operation ,cash handling, fax billing, role plays, situation handling and case studies etc., are taught in totality.
Library
The well stored library with books, periodicals and audio-visual materials is an indispensable recourse for the students for research and information.
House Keeping
Students are taught to prepare setting up guest rooms according to international standards. Skill development in interior decoration, flower arrangement and cleaning exercises are a part of the curriculum. Training in upkeep and decoration of corporate houses and hotel is imparted.
Computer Lab
Computer Labs are equipped with latest technology utilizing current industry software as teaching tools. Hands on experience are given to students on various applications related to the industry using multiple systems of reputed brands. Internet hook up with broad band connectivity allows the student to have access to world wide information.
Laundry & linen
Students are taught the operation of modern laundry equipments like washer extractors, spin driers, calendaring machines, steam press etc. They also learn about different types of linen, washing and drying of linen, removal of stains storage of linen, stock taking etc.
A new spacious campus has been built to house these courses- Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. The Institute has well qualified and dedicated faculties to fulfill our mission. The Institute moulds the students for global tourism environment and in still character and values among the students in order to make them responsible professionals. Meticulously designed curriculum, enable the students to develop the required skills in communication, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship, leadership qualities with a human face and thereby making them socially committed and economically independent citizens. We provide ample opportunities for the overall personality development of the students by organizing a number of special lectures, quiz, seminars, sports, cultural activities. We also send the students to different colleges of the state for various events. Our endeavor is to make this institute a center of excellence in tourism education, research and cultural center. Tourism and Hospitality is one of the largest industries employing lakhs of people. Holiday makers, business travelers, overseas tourists, visitors to theme parks and leisure centers, week end breakers, all travel away from home and create demand for food, accommodation and hospitality. Industrial catering, fast food centers, theme restaurants Clubs, Catering & Hotel Management establishment, self entrepreneurship and off shore catering in food products are other sectors in the catering industry which covers such large operations as health and education and airline and cruises operations.
The underlying objective of all programs is to prepare students for a successful career in tourism, hospitality and the service industries. The ease with which successful graduates of the College secure employment, demonstrates the confidence shown in the College by the industry and the correctness of its educational policy.
